Due to the items being custom made, they unfortunately can not be returned, unless damaged or defective. Please make sure you enter the correct options during the order process. Creating your masterpiece takes time, communication and dedication to “Making your Arm Sleeve Dreams Come True”, therefore for the Sublimation option there is a set up fee.
Ordering is straight forward, just let us know what you require, and we will work with you to produce the goods of your choice. Normally after you’ve confirmed the design, the goods take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to be manufactured. Goods are made by hand and are not mass produced, so you are getting a true bespoke service.
