If ordering 10 or more, there is no set up fee charged except for a “Full New Design” which remains the same as it’s more time consuming. There is no set up fee for a design the same as a current NuOla product. Whilst there is a discounted one off fee charged for setting up plain sublimated jackets with your team logo, diamond effect design in your team colours with front logo and a small fee for standard non sublimated fabric. Due to the items being custom made, they unfortunately can not be returned, unless damaged or defective. Please make sure you enter the correct options during the order process. The prices shown are for orders of 10 or more. For orders under 10, there is a 10% premium to cover extra time and fabric wastage on smaller orders. This would be an additional cost to that shown if ordering less than 10.
